Abtract
Management of humanistic and adaptive guidance and counseling (BK) services is an important foundation in supporting student development in the modern era. This study aims to explore the approach applied at SMA Al Ahmad Krian through interviews with BK teachers, Mr. Dedi Sulaiman, S.Sos., M.Sosio. The results show that a humanistic approach that emphasizes empathy and holistic understanding of students, as well as adaptation to social dynamics, is the main strategy in BK services. This article provides insight into the implementation of BK services that are relevant to student needs.
