On Friday, 10 February 2023, the University of Palangkaraya held a public lecture at 09.00-11.00 am WIB at the Rahan Hall, University of Palangka Raya by inviting Prof. Wing Thye Woo from the University of California and is the Davis Vice President of UN SDSN which is implemented by Bank Indonesia.
What is the responsibility of the Indonesian state for the world and the University of Palangkaraya for the world.
There are several things that will be discussed in this public lecture meeting, namely:
1. How to introduce prof woo's organization/speakers and 17 sustainable development costs
2. How is the 20th century different from the 21st century
3. How can climate change occur and the destruction of biodiversity

What is the responsibility of the Indonesian state for the world and the University of Palangkaraya for the world.
There are 3 dimensions of the 17 goals, the first dimension is the economic dimension namely number 1 no poverty and number 8 economic growth and decent work.
The second dimension is related to social, such as no.5 and no.10
The third dimension is environmental sustainability in goals 11-15.
Economic Goals
Many people think that sustainable development only focuses on the environment but that is an old paradigm.
Because in that goal there is the economy and the economy means that if you are rich then you can solve various problems such as poverty and health.
