Social Goals
The second category consists of social goals or social goals, this is different from development because many countries do not educate their female citizens and if so then these countries compete with half a brain because half of the population is not educated.

How do we connect this category through the formula, for example, if Y = level of happiness then X1 = lever of economic welfare X2 = level of social justice and X3 = degree of ecological balance.
In other words we have to translate these goals into mathematical formulas so that we can measure them, measure their effectiveness and then translate them into economic policies.
There are two equations, the first is the addition of Y=X0+X1+X2+X3.
The meaning of this formula is that X2 can be 0 and X3 can be 0, but if X1 is full then your happiness can increase.
The second formula is multiplication, so X1 is high and X2 is high, but X3 is empty, so Y=0.
This principle was introduced by a philosopher named Leo Toestoy who wrote plays.
The famous quote is as follows: happy families are all the same but unhappy families are unhappy for different reasons, therefore a happy family is X1,X2,X3 Full while in an unhappy family one of them must be empty.
The difference between these 2 formulas is Long term and short term. Equation A is for the long term while equation B is for the short term.

UNSDSN

When it started when the UN secretary launched the millennial development goal from 2000 to 2014.
In the past, the Millennium Development Goals contained goals that only contained economic goals, but in 2012, when the UN Secretary General felt that this had to be done comprehensively. Therefore, UN SDSN was made with the aim of sustainable development throughout the world.

From 2012 UN SDSN collaborated with various countries to formulate these goals so that 17 goals were realized which will be realized from 2015 to 2030.
UN SDSN was formulated in 2015 and in December 2015 the Paris climer agreement was signed which promised to reduce gas emissions in the world. At that time the Paris Agreement was chaired by France and the French ambassador collected research as a basis for persuading or convincing countries to sign the agreement.
After signing the agreement, these 17 goals focused on becoming 3 to produce various research in this field.
The second is to mobilize universities to produce even stronger research results related to this field.
The third objective is to provide quality online Education or online Education to the world.
And the organization already has 1700 members and 95% of these members are universities.
SDSN has offices in newyork, paris and Kuala Lumpur, offices in New York and Paris were established in 2012 while offices in Kuala Lumpur in November 2022.

2. How is the 20th century different from the 21st century

In the one thousand four hundreds China was the world's super power, which means that 14% of the world's GDP was in China. In 1950 China's NDP was only 5% of the world's. But things have changed because China has a GDP that is almost as big as America.

This led to a new balance in military power in making America uncomfortable with China's power. Therefore we have a trade role today.
In the economy we see good for increasing welfare but the trend of globalization that is happening will reduce world welfare. The first challenge that we have is the challenge of peace, because if we look at the war between Russia and Ukraine now, the war will not continue if China does not buy goods from Russia.
The same thing Ukraine would not have continued to fight if it were not for the supply of weapons from America and European countries.
The first challenge is peace and the second is climer change and the destruction of biodiversity. So we have a global problem and how can a global problem be solved before the 20th century?
Over the last 20 centuries we have always had a number 1 super power. If a number 1 country is this high then its number 2 is lower.

So how does the superpower work, the superpower country establishes trade regulations and if countries do not comply with these trade rules, then be prepared to accept sanctions.
In terms of economic stability having giant countries is good because in an economic crisis they can channel resources and also expand demand so that prosperity can spread.
In the 19th century the main hegemony was the British state as can be seen in the map view of the countries that were successfully attacked by the British except for 22 countries which were white in the map view.
And in the 20th century the United States has 800 military bases of more than 70 countries and that is how peace can be maintained so far.
Therefore no one country is in power or stronger.
The main reason is because countries like India also continue to increase and in 2070 it is estimated that India will be as big as China. And Indonesia is also entering a growth phase that we will enter is a phase where the world will have many super powers.
In this multipolar world, it is impossible for giant countries to have 800 more military bases because accidents are bound to happen.
