Person-Organization Support for Safety (POSS)
Program ini melibatkan perusahaan dalam membangun kepercayaan kepada pekerja. Pekerja diberikan hadiah saat mereka menerapkan perilaku keselamatan. Hadiah dapat berupa apresiasi, insentif, dan sebagainya. Dengan demikian, pekerja menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk bekerja dengan selamat dan sehat.
