Table 4.2.f shows the various scores gotten by the students regarding form (organization). There is no student (0%) gets the highest score 6 (Excellent). There are 7 students (35%) get score 5 (Very Good). There are 3 students (15%) get score 4 (Good). There are 2 student (10%) gets score 3 (Average). There are 6 students (5%) get score 2 (Below Average). And there are 2 students (10%) gets score 1 (Bad).
