Dengan cara hal ini tegas Gadamer giliran hermeneutik menjadi tak terhindarkan, yang terdiri dari melampaui 'masa khal ini '. Jadi, ecriture sesuai dengan bacaan. Keduanya harus berjalan beriringan. Derrida itu membebaskan dirinya dari batasan yang terkandung dalam konsep 'tanda' yang disengaja dan dari semua metafisika kehadiran, karena jejak menggantikan kehadiran yang tidak pernah hadir. Namun, mengalihkan bahasa ke cara penulisan yang abadi dan tidak dapat diubah bagi Gadamer untuk mengamputasi nilai logos.
