So by being moral, we can develop each human being into a person who is honest, responsible, and cares about the common good in order to build a developed society.

  Organizations have various definitions, here are organizations according to some famous figures:
  -Max Weber: Sees the organization as an entity that has a hierarchical structure, with clearly defined authorities and rules.
  -Chester Barnard: Sees an organization as a social system that includes cooperation between individuals to achieve a common goal.
Do we need morals in organization?
  If we already know what the benefits are if we have morals by reading the text above, of course we will be very sure that in organizing it is very necessary to be accompanied by morals, because if we have morals, we can create a healthy, honest, transparent organizational environment, or other languages, and of course we will trust one another because having morals will definitely cause honesty in each member of the organization and with this mutual trust, a developed organization will be created because there is no fraud in the organization.

   Do we need morality in our nation?
  Of course we do, because being ethical will support social and economic development, strengthen unity, tolerance, and cooperation among community members, and create an equitable and sustainable society and country.
  So what happens if we do not have morals in our nation?
  Of course, there can be various negative consequences that can affect the stability and welfare of society. More details are as follows:
-Social disharmony
 Unethical or immoral actions can damage relationships between individuals and groups.
-Political instability: Poor morals can create acts of abuse of power such as corruption, collusion, and nepotism, which in turn can lead to a poor view of the government.

-Max Weber: Sees the state as an entity that has a monopoly on physical power, which is recognized by society.
Do we need morality in the state?
  Having morals is certainly very important in the context of the state. Good ethics or morals certainly contribute to the welfare of society as a whole. Here is a more detailed description of the importance of morality in the state:
