Exercising regularly not only supports physical health but also helps reduce stress, improve mood, and increase concentration. Exercise can be done anytime and anywhere. There is no reason not to exercise, just stretching 10 minutes a day or meditating can make our mind more relaxed and mood much better.

5. Drink Enough Water: Use an eco-friendly water bottle

Drinking enough water helps maintain fluid balance in the body, improves organ function, and supports healthy skin. We need to stay hydrated. In addition, drinking from an eco-friendly bottle can reduce the use of disposable bottles and protect the planet.

6. Morning Pages

Writing Morning Pages every morning can help organize thoughts, ease worries, and spark creativity. Morning pages can be done with what we are going to do today such as scheduling a to do list, and breaking down what we are feeling. Morning Pages can also help us be more productive, think positively, and reduce overthinking.

7. Night Pages

Writing Night Pages allows us to reflect on the day that has passed, evaluate achievements, and express gratitude for positive experiences. We can write down what we have gone through today, as well as evaluate what is lacking in ourselves. This is a form of self-reflection. Write things like, I have, I can, I am capable, I have done, and I am grateful.
