Positive thought knots will move adrenaline in the body and turn it into self-confidence, which will affect the process or mindset. Then it will manifest in words chosen in each conversation.

4. Visualize Success.

The importance of practicing the ability to imagine events that will occur in the future. If you were successful, what would your speaking appearance look like? How many festivities from the audience for you? How will people respond and react to you? Keep that thought in your mind.

5. Practice, Practice, Practice.

There is no best method in public speaking other than diligently practice and preparation as early as possible. Even well-known public speakers still need to prepare and practice before performing. The more you practice, the more likely you are to succeed.
