How to Build Auto Pilot System in Business

The main key to building a business is creating a business system. From this system, entrepreneurs can find out the flow in their business. With the right business flow, it will build a company building that is solid and useful for the company's image itself. Business systems are processes or procedures that assist a business in achieving its goals. Most business systems require two main foundations: human resources and processes.

Well, of the various existing business systems, here we will discuss the autopilot business system. An autopilot business is a business system that can run automatically, even though we, as business owners, are not directly involved in the business. The goal is that business owners do not spend their time in business operations, so as business owners, we only need to think about how to improve our business, create new products, and so on. The hope is that the business that is run is not stagnant and can develop continuously.

However, it is not easy to build an autopilot business system because of the many challenges and risks it faces. Therefore, we have prepared several stages to be able to start and implement an autopilot system in your business. This stage was carried out by an international coach named Brad Sugars. He has retired since he was 26 years old, because all the businesses he owns have run without him. 1.      Mastery Stages

The first stage you must understand to become a business on autopilot is to change the chaos in the business to be more controlled. To overcome this easily, you need to see which parts are not under control and need to be addressed. So, try to control it as much as possible first. In this stage, there are four mastery that you must master, namely:

a.       Goal Mastery

For mastery of goals, you must understand and understand what is your goal in doing business. What must be known, namely the company's vision and mission, business targets both long and short term, and the main reason for building a business.

b.      Financial Mastery

In financial control, you must have good financial management. Both from managing finances to making financial reports.

c.       Time Mastery

Time mastery is closely related to business performance productivity. Make sure all the people involved in your business are productive people at work. The thing that needs to be done is to form the best team, calculate working time, conduct sessions during working hours, and check the productivity of your team's work.

d.      Service Mastery

If the business you handle is indeed in the service sector. Then you have to monitor directly whether the quality of service in your business is in accordance with what you want. Make sure the service system in your business prioritizes service quality. Both from serving complaints to building a customer service team in accordance with the company's vision and mission. It would be nice to make a customer satisfaction system and there is a customer satisfaction survey that assesses how your company's services are.

2. Niche Stage (Marketing)

After all the chaos and business problems have been resolved, the next stage is for you to start focusing on the marketing field. The purpose of marketing is to attract market attention to your product. With the right marketing, then you will bring a significant impact on your business. In the marketing process, you must create attractive advertisements so that information and uniqueness about your product can be conveyed properly. As business owners, we must also avoid the existing price war. Because in today's business, low prices do not guarantee that our goods will sell in large quantities. However, it is the quality and how this product can solve problems in the community that can guarantee this product can be sustainable. The way that can be done to be sustainable in business is to create a clear business concept, research the market and target market you want to achieve, build networking, innovate continuously, and be the best and different.

3. Influence Stage

To be able to become an autopilot system, it takes systems and rules of the game in every part of the business. This requires steps that must be taken first so that the autopilot system can be run, including:

  • Create the company's vision, mission, and SOPs.

  • Clear organizational structure. Regarding clarity of worker responsibilities, duties and authorities.

  • Knowing the business flow you want to build, such as marketing flow, sales flow, operation flow, etc.

  • Build a business that depends on the system. Therefore, a strong system is needed to make a sustainable and solid business.

4.      Team building stage

The final stage in building an autopilot business system is team building. As a business owner, there are several things that must be needed so that the team that is built is in line with the company's vision and mission, namely strong leadership, clear main goals, clear rules of the game, action plan, support risk taking, 100% inclusion and involvement.

According to Brad Sugars, there are two aspects of a core team that must be owned by a company, namely the production team and the management team. The team has a division of work that has been adjusted to its abilities. The production team plays a role in procuring an item and the management team plays a role in marketing and business development. Therefore, it is important to get a strong core team so that the autopilot business system can run well. You have to make sure from the start of the selection, the team recruited has goals that align with the company. So you can delegate your business to the core team.

Well, those are some steps that can be taken so that the business that we run can run automatically even though we don't have to be involved continuously. Know the best way to grow your business, not necessarily with an autopilot system your business can grow rapidly. Know the advantages and disadvantages of your company first. Next, determine an effective way so that your business can grow faster. Hopefully, the information provided can add to your insight as a businessman.
