Abstract
               Empowerment is one of the efforts to prosper the community. Community empowerment also covers very broad aspects, both in terms of social, economic, cultural, and political aspects. What is meant by community empowerment is a method or method carried out by individuals, groups, or communities that provide assistance in terms of knowledge, skills, and abilities so that they can build and develop themselves towards a better life in a sustainable manner. This paper is the result of Pustaka's research which examines philosophy and community empowerment.
