1. Fishermen can use the contents of the island, while you can not.

2. Fishermen can provide protein from our catch. If we weren't around, you wouldn't have protein.

3. Fishermen can meet the food needs of the community. Can doctor do that?

4. Do you think only you (police)  can protect the island? Fishermen can too. We can preserve the ocean even though we take the results.

5. Fishermen will be able to build a boat.
