Stating ability is an expressing that states the ability to do something, while inability is an expressing of the inability to do something.
Expressing ability :

Expressing inability :
- can not

For the examples :
1. Fishermen can use the contents of the island, while you can not.
2. Fishermen can provide protein from our catch. If we weren't around, you wouldn't have protein.
3. Fishermen can meet the food needs of the community. Can doctor do that?
4. Do you think only you (police) Â can protect the island? Fishermen can too. We can preserve the ocean even though we take the results.
5. Fishermen will be able to build a boat.
STATING WILLINGNESS
Willingness is an expression to show our desire/willingness to do something.
Expressing willingness :
=> for positive form, you can use:
- will
- would
=> for negative form, you can use :
- will not
- would not
For the examples :
1. Even though you are not around, we will still be needed by the community.
2. If there are no fishermen, you will not be able to manage the contents of the island.
3. Fishermen who understand this island best. So, we are the ones who will continue to use this shp.
4. Will you guys repair the ship together?
5. Yes, we will.
