Mental health is a condition in which individuals have visible well-being, are able to realize their own potential, have the ability to cope with normal life pressures in various situations in life, are able to work productively and produce, and are able to contribute to their community.

Teenagers are someone who grows into adulthood including mental, emotional, social and physical maturity. Where adolescents have a great sense of curiosity and are experiencing a process of development in preparation for entering adulthood.

Mental health is a way of describing social and emotional well-being. Teenagers need good mental health to develop in a healthy way, build strong social relationships, adapt to change, and face life's challenges.

2.45 million adolescents are diagnosed with mental disorders according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-5) which guides the diagnosis of mental disorders in Indonesia.

Some situations that make Indonesian teenagers vulnerable to mental disorders are family problems, peer problems, and personal stress. The lack of treatment and attention to adolescent mental health problems may trigger the vulnerability of Indonesian youth to experiencing mental disorders.

simple ways to maintain mental health 

1. Regular Exercise. 

2. Eat healthy and regularly. 

3. Get Enough Sleep. 

4. Meditation. 

5. Write in a Journal. 

6. Reduce Consumption of Caffeine. 

7. Stay Connected with Loved Ones.
