KESIMPULANÂ
Buah lengkeng telah mendapat banyak perhatian dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Polifenol dan polisakarida pulp lengkeng telah dikonfirmasi memiliki banyak bioaktivitas seperti antioksidan, imunomodulator, antikanker, anti-osteoporosis, prebiotik, peningkatan memori, dan efek ansiolitik. Kulit buah lengkeng memiliki polifenol, flavonoid, dan polisakarida yang melimpah dibandingkan dengan daging buah lengkeng, yang menunjukkan aktivitas antioksidan, anti-tirosinase, anti-hiperglikemik. Ulasan ini diharapkan dapat  memberikan informasi yang komprehensif baik untuk penelitian akademik maupun pengembangan produk nutrisi lengkeng dan produk sampingannya selama pemrosesan
