Perhatikan bahwa ungkapan 'How may I help you?' hanya ketika kita berbicara dengan customer/client, atau untuk external call. Untuk internal call kita cukup menyebutkan nama dan bagian/divisi kita.
- Meminta penelepon menyebutkan namanya jika dia tidak menyebutkan namanya kepada Anda

- Menindaklanjuti permintaan penelepon
