I am a final-year law student at Universitas Indonesia and am writing to express my interest in being a Legal Intern at X. Being an intern at your firm would allow me to explore my interests in banking and finance law practice as well as strengthen the skills I will need for a career in law. Hence, I want to be involved in the project/case especially finance and banking and become an expert someday in that sector by joining this company as legal intern and increase the value of the firm as my commitment.

During my studies, I participated in various student activities and competitions, which helped me unlock skills and win notable awards. I have won in 1st Place and Best Contract in Contract & Negotiation Competition Diponegoro Law Fair 2023, 1st Place the 3rd BANI arbitration moot competition, ICDC contract drafting competition, law debate, legal scientific paper competitions, legal essays, and legal opinion competitions on insurance disputes; tech-law; banking and green financing; labor law; and land law. These competitions have helped me develop my legal writing, research, and time management skills. 

I have participated in the moot court competition like Abdul Kahar Muzakkir NMCC that taught me about IP law and strategic skills needed to represent clients in commercial court. Moreover, I was also awarded as one of the most outstanding students in the non-academic category 2023 in FH UI. I also wrote and published several articles in NGO blogs and my blog at medium and kompasiana regarding PPP, digital rupiah, HGB disputes, and constitutional issues. Moreover, I finished my paid internship at Bagus Enrico & Partners and Arifudin & Susanto Partnership (ASP) which one is the corporate and another one is bankruptcy litigation law firm in Indonesia by Hukumonline. From those internships, I got to work on a project of PT Merpati Airlines Nusantara bankruptcy case and several corporate matters. I was given several tasks requiring critical thinking and thoroughness. Several office methods and functions were employed to increase the accuracy of results such as how to auction the assets in KPKNL, draft legal memo, legal-translate, and communication with the team, clients, and third parties. This activity has allowed me to refine my office skills and boost my analytical skills, which can be applied to various problems. 

Lastly, my eagerness to learn, relevant experience, diligent work ethic, and strong oral advocacy skills would make me an excellent intern for X law firm. I attached my CV for further reference and am happy to send details to support my application.
