Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian yang telah diuraikan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model penguatan kepemimpinan melayani dipengaruhi oleh variabel endogen yang terdiri dari variabel kecerdasan adversitas, kepribadian proaktif, dan teamwork. Sedangkan variabel intervening yang ditemukan adalah variabel komitmen terhadap organisasi dan motivasi kerja.
