Abstract

The E-Health online application program has the goal of providing good health facilities and services and increasing the quality and satisfaction of quality health services and the loyalty of patients or customers. With the E-Health application, the Surabaya City government eliminated physical or manual queue numbers in order to improve the health service system from the large number of patient queues in that place so that it is more efficient in terms of time certainty. 

Public services using the Electronic government system can facilitate the process of public services which include problems such as non- transparent public services, the occurrence of miss communications, people who wait a long time and unsystematic public services can be resolved by implementing electronic government. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The data used in this article or research were obtained from observations, interviews as well as documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study are related to people's satisfaction and understanding of the E-Health application service at the Kalirungkut Health Center, Surabaya City.
