Kali ini belajar section 1 yaitu listening comprehension
pada bagian tes ini, Anda akan mempunyai kesempatan untuk menunjukkan kemampuan Anda dalam memahami percakapan dan berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris. ada tiga bagian pada bagian ini. menjawab semua pertanyaan berdasarkan apa yang dinyatakan atau tersirat oleh pembicara yang anda dengar. jangan membuat catatan atau menulis di buku ujian Anda kapan pun. jangan membalik halaman sampai Anda diminta melakukannya.
Bagian A
Di bagian  A Anda akan mendengar percakapan singkat antara dua orang. setelah setiap percakapan, Anda akan mendengar pertanyaan tentang percakapan tersebut. percakapan dan pertanyaan tidak akan dituai. setelah kamu mendengar sebuah pertanyaan, bacalah empat kemungkinan jawaban di buku ujianmu dan pilihlah jawaban yang terbaik. kemudian pada lembar jawaban anda, carilah nomor soal dan isikan spasi yang sesuai dengan huruf jawaban yang anda pilih.
Dengarkan contohnya: (pada rekaman, rekaman anda)

  (laki-laki) ujian itu sungguh buruk

Anda belajar dari percakapan bahwa pria menganggap ujiannya sangat sulit dan wanita tidak setuju dengan pria tersebut. jawaban terbaik untuk pertanyaan, "apa maksud wanita itu?" adalah (D) "itu tidak terlalu sulit". oleh karena itu, pilihan yang benar adalah (D)
NB: oh, it could have been worse merupakan pernyataan dari seorang perempuan yang merasa lega, berarti berbeda rasa dengan seorang pria yang merasa ujiannya sulit, sedangkan perempuan tidak merasakan seperti itu, maka dari itu jawabannya (D) Â it wasn't that hard "itu tidak terlalu sulit" sedangkanÂ
 (A) the exam was really awful "ujiannya sungguh buruk"
(B) it was the worst exam she had ever see "itu adalah ujian terburuk yang pernah ia lihat"
