I am particularly interested in the proposed solutions for ensuring quality assurance and regulatory measures that can enhance patient safety. Additionally, I hope to learn about the authors' perspectives on the current state of health informatics and the necessary steps to mitigate potential risks, ultimately contributing to better healthcare outcomes.

I believe that there is an urgent need to ensure that service providers are appropriately qualified and can be trusted. This will help build patient confidence in the healthcare services they receive online.


Risks of Information on the Internet: I agree that although the internet provides broad access to health information, much of the information is unverified and can be misleading. This shows the need for better health literacy among the public so that they can critically assess the information they encounter and not fall into the trap of misinformation.
