Hello reader, how are you?
Wish you still had good spirit in your heart to face all possibilities in life!
I have a simple fiction dialog before we go to the writing.
Scandals?I won’t involve in!
Uh, I am sorry that’s a part of consequence being a leader.
So, do you want to take it or leave it to be taught leader?
Uh, have to?
Yes, go to the writing, today, I am going to share about scandals on leader’s life. I ever asked before article “Who said being a leader has to perfect?” Yes, we are a human being and only a human. Like a simply quote “People make mistake!” Unfortunately simply quote can trap our self or trap others around we. Yes, when we trapped on “People make mistake” quote it’s going to sending faster our self and/or people around we to scandals lives. I believe some people does not like to be an actor on scandals stories but because many reasons from unpredictable till predictable reasons some people have to be a part of scandals story’s sequences.
I just imagine how hard on mentally load when a person has to ready to face scandals on his/her live. From medium till severe’s load issues. Then, we are going to hearing “That’s a life!”
From these dialog, so, I can say “I want to be a famous leader but why I have to be a part of scandals?” Seems like, I say that being a famous same the meaning to have to be ready being an actor of scandals. Yes, it is. Sometimes, we imagine that being a famous leader = clean from scandals, may I saying that’s only on our imagination or dreams. In real life, being a famous leader = ready to be part in scandals transparency. When, they are not ready might they are not ready to be a famous leader. So, it’s same the meaning that good girls gone bad girls and bad boys gone good boys/ bad girls gone good girls and good boys gone bad boys? (Yes)
Yes, I bold about famous meaning same as to be resilient on leadership. We need to conscious that we are not perfect (But, please, don’t let to yourself trap on that quote or let others trap to there too). Anyone’s and/our self can attack others/our self existence, especially when we are being a centre of mass attention and high achiever. What’s the meaning that anyone can attack others existence? Yes, some achievements that we had sometimes translated as egos “itchy” by some people. Then, some people try to create scandals on your life creatively.
What about the question of our self attack our self existence? Is that same the meaning “self-character suicide”? (Unfortunately, yes). We need to be aware to our own behavior, especially when we did self-character suicide. We need to know our certain reason why did self-character suicide? Is it because of us loss cope to some life stressors? Is it because of we want to out from our job or runaway from responsibilities elegantly? Or for “dilemmatic unacceptable reason” = moral reason = for save people lives. Or other reasons that we couldn’t bargain at all then we did “self-character suicide”.
In the end, for answer “I want to be a famous leader but why I have to be a part of scandals?” is depending the cause of the issues. It’s from external threat or from our self or from external and our self? Then we know how to save our self-worth as a leader or on going to be leader. Last, we know how to save self-worth others who is a leader or on going to be leader.
Whatever the reasons are being a taught leader is a leader who is very ready to be involved elegantly with scandals. Yes, no bargain at all.
Warm regards always and have a maximum preparation for being a taught leader!
