INDONESIAN HR IN THE ERA OF DISRUPTION

Our society, nation, state and religion are now entering an era of globalization with all forms of change and unstoppable development. Advanced technology is developing so rapidly. Developed countries have been and are competing in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, an era marked by the digital economy, artificial intelligence, big data, robotics, and so on or what we are often familiar with the phenomenon of disruption. Japan has even entered the era of society 5.0.

Through Society 5.0, Japan wants to emphasize that artificial intelligence will transform big data in all aspects of life and the internet of things will become a new wisdom, which will be dedicated to improving human abilities to open new opportunities for humanity. This transformation will help humans to live more meaningful lives. Society 5.0 can be interpreted as a concept of human-centered and technology-based society. Maybe five to ten years from now a new mega trend will emerge. That is how we will face the world with all the dynamics of its development and progress.

We haven't had time to get to know and respond well to this disruption phenomenon, the world, including Indonesia, is currently faced with a very difficult condition, which demands fast, smart, careful and wise responsive attitudes and actions. The Covid-19 pandemic has just begun to subside. The global crisis as the impact of the pandemic was felt, again the arrogance of superpowers showing off their strength through war which caused a number of vital life sectors to undergo changes, such as the increase in fuel prices which also dragged the prices of several basic commodities which sparked various demonstrations.

This era of disruption has affected various aspects of life. All processes and dynamics of life are affected. Almost all aspects of life are processed in a way that has never been or is very rare, namely online, which of course uses IT. Education, economics, business, industry, practice of worship, even apologizing for crimes (cybercrime) also use IT, so that information, both positive and negative, is spread all over the world quickly.

The paradigm of education and religion must be adapted to the changes and developments of this era. Increasing awareness of information technology is a necessity in facing the disruption era. What is very important is to form humans, the millennial generation who have high attitudes, character, values and skills, knowledge and reasoning so that they are able.

Not only to become followers, viewers, readers and IT users but also IT controllers, developers or producers for various positive interests. and constructive humanitarian action, including combating technology-based crime. It is also hoped that all elements of society, in addition to being more skilled at using IT, can become more aware of human weaknesses and mortality, with total surrender and gratitude to Allah Almighty, which is the right attitude and behavior of faith in facing this era of disruption.

President Jokowi, in the first period of his leadership, has launched a "mental revolution" program as a follow-up to the previous program of character education. In his second term of leadership, he was strengthened by a medium-term development agenda focused on "quality human resources, advanced Indonesian superior human resources" to face the 4th/5th Industrial revolution. According to him, as Indonesian people, like it or not, we have to face, follow and even compete at high speed.

As an elaboration of the President's program, from the field of Religion, the Minister of Religion has established one of the priority programs (superior) or more precisely the Ministry of Religion Movement, namely improving the quality of Indonesian human resources who are religious, with "Religious Moderation". All components of society driven by the Ministry of Religion along with all levels and partners are called and encouraged to participate in the success of this program with the hope.

First: the Indonesian people who are well known as a "religious society" and/or "civilized society" will not only become a "religious society". lips service", but really become a mind-set and culture-set in the life of society, nation and state. Second: the Indonesian society, which sociologists have known as having "multiple identities", is not getting more and more soluble in the blurring of identity, but rather cultivates and manages its multi-identity to become clear, rich and meaningful, not only for itself but for other people, their community, religion, society and the State.

Without having to impose himself on only one or two identities. Third: the Indonesian people who live in this era of information technology advancement can further strengthen their existence as religious communities who can become agents of moderate religious development that are beneficial for the success of national development. Because of the culture of a moderate religious community, dynamic, constructive, stable and harmonious conditions will be created.

And from such conditions, the entire development can run smoothly, safely, forward and successfully. This also means the success of the multi-identity meaning process, one of which is identity as a religious person. If all identities in humans are successfully managed or developed properly and correctly from all sides (as in the case of religion), then we believe that we can represent or produce superior Indonesian "humans" who can advance Indonesia.

Fourth, with a moderate religious culture, it is hoped that various acts of anarchism, radicalism, terrorism, extremism, violence, war and others, either directly or through the misuse of social media, can be minimized and even annihilated from a safe, peaceful and peaceful Pancasila earth. Eliminating and/or fighting all forms of violence and crime through Religious Moderation can be done through a face-to-face approach, but the most effective in this era of disruption is through IT/Social Media.

We should be grateful that in the midst of the world's bustle that was afflicted by the various social phenomena above, two world leaders Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar appeared with divine inspiration to build a true brotherhood that was enshrined through the "Document of Abu Dhabi" (Abu Dhabi: Historic). Document Signed by Pope Francis and Grand Imam of Al-Azhar 'Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together')

One of his key statements was "in clear and unambiguous words Pope Francis and the High Priest declared that "No one has the power or is empowered to exploit (use/in the name of) God's name to justify war, terrorism or any form of violence.

He both emphasized that life must always be protected, protected, respected, and at the same time women's rights must be recognized/protected, and all forms of discriminatory practices must be denounced/denied" ("With unambiguous words, the Pope and the Grand Imam declares that no one is ever authorized to exploit God's name to justify war, terrorism or any other form of violence. In addition, they affirm that life must always be safeguarded and, at the same time, that the rights of women are to be fully recognized, and every discriminatory practice in their regard rejected).

The three great world figures above, through their missions, remind us of the important meaning of human life. Through his vision, mission and program, President Jokowi asks all components of the nation, including all young people, to become excellent Indonesian people. Being excellent means outperforming others or more than others, at least in their respective fields, although perhaps lacking in others. However, do not be too lacking in other fields, because after all in this era of global competition, we all have to excel and be competitive.

Through the declaration of Abu Dhabi, Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar inspire and exemplify all of us, to become mediators, facilitators, inspirations, role models and agents of brotherhood between people, without boundaries in order to create a life filled with love, peace, justice and well-being. This is in line with the program of the Minister of Religion, namely Religious Moderation (as elaborated above). Where you and I are invited to understand, live and manifest it within ourselves, then make it public to all the people we meet/serve.

We are called to, first, bring joy and hope to everyone through wise IT management (social media wisdom). Second, internalize the main message of the President's program, namely superior human resources, advanced Indonesia, which we actualize in all efforts to develop and improve the quality of ourselves and others. Third, become an agent of Religious Moderation who is able to moderate oneself and in time to moderate others (change yourself before you want to change others). Fourth, be a brother/friend/friend to others indiscriminately.

If we can carry out our calling above, then we can be sure: (1) we will be the longing of many. (2) we are able to maintain, fight for and implement Indonesia's national commitment, namely Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. (3) not to be an exclusive person, but to be inclusive to the whole community. (4) people who are willing to accept and respect plurality or plurality.

Who are themselves aware of and appreciate plurality, while at the same time bringing a pluralistic society to an inclusive and moderate attitude and behavior, capable of maintaining and developing positive-constructive dynamics of community togetherness at times. when our beloved nation is being hit by various problems.

(5) intelligent people integrate knowledge, attitudes and skills in the cultivation and strengthening of the ideology of our country, Pancasila, which has also recently been undermined by various ideologies, schools and other ideologies that threaten the unity and integrity of the nation. (6) to be "light" in his own environment, and "light" to the world.

On the other hand, in order to realize the idealism above, we are required to continuously actualize the four pillars of learning UNESCO (the four pillars of learning), namely Learning to Know, Learning to Do, Learning to Live Together and Learning to Be.

In closing this paper, I convey, let's be grateful, be proud and fight optimistically with the belief that the NKRI that we love can progress and succeed as we hope if we unite, work together, and make a determination to build this country through our duties and functions. RECOVER FASTER RISE STRONGER!
