Rimba Ayu is a Civics teacher at a junior high school in Ngawi Regency. Every day she teaches at SMPN 1 Karangjati, starting from grades 7 to 9. She has worked as a junior high school teacher since 1999 until now at SMPN 1 Karangjati. For her, being a junior high school teacher at SMPN 1 Karangjati is an extraordinary job that is rewarding and fun. This can be seen from Mrs. Rimba Ayu's personality who is quite smiling and energetic in teaching her students. Mrs. Rimba Ayu is also very active in giving Civics lessons about the importance of character education for the successor of the Indonesian nation. Â On several occasions, Mrs. Rimba has been a representative of her school to accompany her students in a quiz competition in Surabaya at the provincial level. Â So that the knowledge she gets can be shared with fellow SMPN 1 Karangjati teachers.Â
On day on August 22, 2022, She is an exemplary teacher in SMPN 1 Karangjati because he received a certificate of appreciation from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, namely Mr. Joko Widodo, who conferred the sign of honor "Satyalanca Karya Satya" to civil servants who have worked with full loyalty to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the state and government and with full devotion, honesty, skill, and discipline continuously for at least 10 years, 20 years and 30 years. Â From the charter it is clear that Mrs. Rimba Ayu is an exemplary and disciplined teacher who should be appreciated and emulated by all teachers. because it is rare in her school, getting it is certainly difficult. of the many teachers in her school only 2 teachers got it, including her.

Education has been positioned as the most strategic means to prepare human resources to be ready to realize the future golden Indonesia. This is because it is the world of education that directly deals with students. Among the most influential components of education in preparing these human resources is the role of teachers. This is why, because the role of the teacher is very important in the golden Indonesia 2045 because the teacher instills the spirit of nationalism and patriotism in the broadest sense. he teaches character education to his students. Namely that it has 5 values, namely religion, nationalism, independence, Â mutual cooperation, and also integrity.Â
The realization of the Golden Indonesia 2045 with the main factor is generation Z and education which determines the Golden Indonesia in 2045. why is that because education is the determinant in the golden Indonesia, therefore quality education must continue to be pursued by all parties. Teachers are the key actors of change in order to produce religious, intelligent, productive, reliable and comprehensive Indonesian humans through excellent learning services for their students, so as to realize the golden generation of 2045. Â The success factor to face the Golden Indonesia 2045 is the role of exemplary teachers because teachers are the source of exemplary students who will facilitate the application of behavioral values for children. The teacher is a imitated. This is because what is conveyed by the teacher, both oral and written, can be trusted and believed to be true by all students. Teachers will also be imitated, because a teacher must be a role model in every action.

This great vision is in sight and will be a year that the Indonesian people look forward to. The second factor in education is school as one of the solutions in forming students with character through character education. Character education is a process of activities to direct children in improving the quality of education and morality and as an effort to instill good habits. Launching from PPKN teacher Mrs. Rimba Ayu, argues that in character education there are five values in character education, the first is the value of religiosity, the behavior of carrying out the teachings of the religion and beliefs that are adhered to, upholding a tolerant attitude towards the implementation of worship of other religions and beliefs, living in harmony and peace with adherents of other religions.
The second is the value of nationalism, which is a way of thinking, behaving, and acting that shows loyalty, concern, and high appreciation for the language, physical, social, cultural, economic, and political environment of the nation, the third is the value of independence, The fourth is the value of mutual cooperation, which reflects actions that appreciate the spirit of cooperation and work together in solving common problems, establish communication and friendship, provide assistance to people in need, and the last is the value of integrity, which is an effort to make himself a person who can always be trusted in words, actions, and work, has a commitment and loyalty to humanitarian and moral values. The character of integrity includes an attitude of responsibility as a citizen, actively involved in social life, consistency of actions and words based on truth.

The Minister of Education and Culture gave a speech on National Education Day with the theme "Rise of Indonesia's Golden Generation". This is because Indonesia from 2010 to 2045 has the potential of human resources in the form of a large or abundant population of productive age. If the golden opportunity that has only occurred for the first time since Indonesia's independence can be managed and utilized very well, then the large number of productive age population will become a demographic bonus.
 And this is where the role of the government in development in the field of education to realize it becomes very important through the current generation named generation Z. Why is it said to be Indonesia's Golden Generation because the Indonesian State in 2045, humans born around 1990 to 2010 will reach productive age which in that year the Indonesian State enters 100 years of independence. And also because the next generation of the nation in 2045 has a lot of valuable productive age population called generation Z so that it needs to be managed very well in order to become a useful, qualified, intelligent and useful person for the Indonesian state and this is what is called the demographic bonus which will be implemented in 2045 which is called the golden generation of Indonesia.
