The Man I Used to Call "Dad"

I'll tell you a story about a man,

a man with a heart as wide as the ocean,

a man with a soul as beautiful as a pearl,

a man with shoulders as strong as steel.

He is a man who rarely says the word love,

but he showed me the meaning of love.

He is a man who never complains about life,

and he taught me the meaning of life.

He is the one who always makes me happy,

and he doesn't let anyone make me gloomy.
