You Ever Know What Will Happen If You Do Not Move Forward
 In opening and running a business, many obstacles we face. Starting from a small thing to big things, falling up in business and possibly temptation to do a fraud. The Covid 19 pandemic also includes the obstacles of traders in carrying out its business. This pandemic has impacted in the Indonesian economy, especially to MSME. The decline in the turnover of MSME is very significant including the field of food and beverage providers.
 Technological progress is something that cannot be avoided in today's life.Because technological progress will run in accordance with the progress of science. Every innovation is created to provide positive benefits, provide many conveniences, and as a new way of doing activities for human life. Specialized in technology society has enjoyed many of the benefits brought about by innovations that have been produced in the last decade. The benefits of the internet are increasingly felt for its users who cannot be separated from the internet this internet world. For example, internet marketers, bloggers, bloggers, and now too online stores increasingly have a place in the eyes of consumers who are looking for goods certain(Febriyanto,2018)
 Pak Handoko is one of the owners of the MSME business that began to open his business since 2010. He is a wholesale owner who sells all items, starting from the Sembako, household furniture and other items. In carrying his efforts he said never had a big problem in sales, "All can still be controlled", he said.
 In 2019 at the end of the year's decline in sales have begun to be due to pandemic. The profit dropped reached Rp2.000.000 and was very detrimental to his party. Entering the 2020 Voltage Coved 19 is increasingly spread and the government itself makes the policy to dismiss all community activities. Similarly, Mr. Handoko who had to close his stalls following the command from the government. He did not completely close his shop, he just limited the activity in his shop.
 Because government policy is also the community certainly does not want to take risks and choose to squad at home. Wholesale Warung Pak Handoko began to be lonely no even the buyers who come to his shop. This is definitely very slapped his economy and his family. The goods are sold are not right and this causes the decline of sales turnover. In 2020 this Pak Handoko experienced a lot of losses. This was the first time he faced a falling period as he had not completely unmalled. As far as he runs his business, this is the first influence of the most influential in his own business. Pak Handoko is certainly very sad and almost rolls the mat, he tells almost however, is in the rest of this condition. However, seeing his wife and son Pak Handoko feels unconscious, he chose to stay and struggle for his family.
 And in March in 2021, he also started to find the solution and the bright spot in the problem he faced. He is initiative to start selling his merchandise through social media networks. He has not been fully confident initially, but he started to instill determination to take steps and changes. He also talked about this with his family, many pros and cons were also and ultimately all agree with his ideas.
 All participate in offering and promoting his products, his wife posted via Facebook as well as his son. Unrexpected many consumers are interested and then buy their items. In 2021 this economy they began to rise again. Entering the year 2022 the government also began to free the community for its moves as usual. Pak Handoko could be selling day before, he was very happy and grateful.
 He re-opened his shop and of course a lot buyers who come. The sales turnover began to rise and he got profits reaching Rp10.000,000. He again felt his shop was filled with buyers. Although he could have opened his shop like his origin, he did not stop offering his products through social media networks. And really the fortune he can reach the double enough of us. Actually the key to success of sales he comes from his business and hard work itself. Not escaped with the step he took to start a new change. Marketing through social media he made to bring satisfactory results. The marketing he makes also makes the community interested in because the price of the goods offered is also relatively cheaper and facilitate the consumers itself.
 Based on the interview I did to Mr. Handoko as a SME regulator stated that this effort itself declined at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, can be seen in the table and graph. But over time and until now it has begun to be quite stable.
The development of information technology is growing rapidly. Part of business activity Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) utilize information technology to run start. The increasing number of competitors is a consideration for business actors to to innovate in the competition. Marketing communication strategy which is used to reach the target market so that it can increase sale(Febriyantoro,2018)
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must be able to compete in the market internationally so as not to be oppressed. Moreover, in this era of competition, MSME actors should be literate of information technology (IT) in order to make it easier to market products to foreign countries country. It is noted that the number of MSMEs in Indonesia is quite large, around 50 million MSME actors.In today's digital era, MSME actors will need the right information technology to be able to grow and compete in today's digital era. MSME actors meet difficulty in getting the right information technology solutions because MSME actors do not has special staff who are experts in the dynamic field of information technology. Another obstacle, namely the large variety of technology products, making MSME actors confused in choosing solutions that fits. Therefore, MSME actors need guidance in choosing technology the right information according to the type of business and its needs(Febriyantoro,2018)
 Businessholders should be able to make adjustments quickly, from strategy to the goal. The result of online sales are done enough increased as often held a promptous promo through online promo.With continue to sell sales through the platform available because many consumers are switching to online shopping and of course this can reach many consumers also hold promo for customer satisfaction and develop products with innovative and creative.
