Juanito Alfa, a young entrepreneur from Ambon, Maluku, has built multiple enterprises in several industrial areas such as services, perfumery, and beauty. The man, who was born on December 6, 1990, in Ambon, grew up and went to school in Jakarta.
Juanito began his career as a branding and marketing communication expert in numerous industries including hospitality, property, and huge retailers such as Agung Sedayu Group & Trans Corp before becoming an entrepreneur. He has also worked for a startup company in his career. In Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), the BUMN is developing the building of an executive ferry port, a shopping mall, and a 5-star hotel. At the beginning of his career, Juanito was well-known for his achievements in branding, promotion, and marketing for some of these businesses, which helped to make their names well-known among Indonesian marketing activists.
Create His First Business, a Barbershop
Juanito learned to construct his first business in the service sector barbershop in between his duties as an employee, which today earns earnings in the hundreds of millions of rupiah per year. Juanito's barbershop may be a well-known establishment in the Moluccas region.
"It was not easy to build a business in the beginning, and when it was successful, it was a bonus." "I finally thought about what else I could do after this; my curiosity in the business world made me want to try many new things," Juanito Alfa explained.
Entering the Perfume Industry
In addition to his service-related business, Juanito is the founder and CEO of NAMXL, a new local perfume brand that has become popular among the general public. He now has over seven perfume versions, two of which are inspired by the natural beauty of Indonesia. Maluku and Bali were chosen to inspire NAMXL perfume, which is called Mollucas Citrus & Island of Gods. Also NAMXL got the new collaboration Limited Edition Perfume with Marlon Abraham called Explore.

With his love for branding and marketing, Juanito has also played an essential role in the development of other businesses such as BestHostels.co.id, Indoraya Kosmetik, BIG, and Human. Juanito is the founder of his perfume firm, as well as other brands and a Creative Agency in Bali.
