A Reason For Existing

you’re standing in the middle of nowhere,

thinking that you’re not supposed to be here or anywhere in this world

and then you move slowly with bare feet…

to the edge of a cliff, “what if I jump from here?”

but then, you look up to the blue sky and you hear the birds singing

such a beautiful day.

‘how stupid I am thinking to end my life too soon.’

let’s just run away from this little town,

where no one will find us

to the place where we can see the north star

and just follow the sound of the breezes

could life be so much easier 

if we’re brave enough to leave it all behind?
