if you're someone who hesitate of why many people often support eachother, you might be interested in reading my opinion below.

what these words mean :
"hey, sabar ya, tetep semangat cantik"
or these
"hm... gapapa.. masih banyak kesempatan.jangan menyerah :)"
Those words imply what i name as motivational sentences which is partof supportive or motivational act.
I love it, and i think almost of us love it, particularly if thesender is someone special in your life, it could be your mom, dad,close friend, or someone else whom you love much.
We love motivational act because as what maslow with his Hierarchy ofneeds and what ERG theory say, mankind needs not only physiologicalbut also psychological needs.These needs include self esteem, selfactualization, or need of growth in ERG theory (even Maslow placedneed of self-actualization as the highest need).
Then.. ?
Maslow and the other expert have recognized the existence of thepsychological needs in human life. We do not survive here justbecause what we call "live". We substantively need what we name"life".
We seek the meaning of life by actualize ourselves, by developing ourability, by belonging to someone, etc. We do not only need food andshelter but we really need "life".
This highest level need drives to do more, to show off what we "have".However, the desire and spirit to be actualized often goes weaker whenwe are demotivated, or even lost at all.
So people do need to be motivated.
They can do motivate themselves, they even know the best way toactualize themselves. Nevertheless, the zeal goes fluctuated, justlike what some economics graphics show.
Some people have more flat zeal-graphic while the others go with themore volatile one. But you've just seen the point: we have thefluctuate spirit.
Thus i conclude here that by doing something positive that could be a supportive act, we actually help people to retain his/her spirit toa ctualize him/herself. We assign him/her to SURVIVE, MOTIVATED, and psychologically fulfilled.
