CILEGON, TREN INFO -- The creativity of 12th graders from SMAN 2 Krakatau Steel (KS) Cilegon shone brightly at the P5 Exhibition held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. This exhibition served as an exciting highlight in the series of events for the Edu Fair and Literacy Festival, organized to celebrate Language Month and to introduce Private Universities to students, particularly those in grades 10 through 12.
In this event, students presented an innovative digital bulletin board, bringing a fresh approach to displaying the results of the Program for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5).
The digital bulletin board was not just any ordinary bulletin board. Each P5 project from the 12th-grade classes was displayed in the form of a banner containing a barcode. Attendees of the Edu Fair and Literacy Festival could simply scan the barcode using their smartphones to access the creative works produced by the students. This not only showcased the students' ability to utilize technology but also provided an interactive experience for the visitors.
Dadan Amdani, Principal of SMAN 2 KS Cilegon, expressed his pride in the innovation, stating that it is a testament to the students' adaptability to technological advancements and their ongoing exploration of creativity.
"This digital bulletin board is truly a fresh idea from our students. They didn't just create the work; they thought about how it could be enjoyed in a more modern way. I am proud to see the enthusiasm and innovation shown by the students," Dadan said during an interview on Wednesday (23/10/2024).
Erwina, the Head of the Organizing Committee, added that the P5 Exhibition was specifically designed to give students a platform to express their learning outcomes from P5, under the theme of 'Technological Engineering for Building the Nation.'
"This is just the beginning. This event is a small part of the Edu Fair and Literacy Festival, but we plan to hold even bigger events in the future to showcase more student projects. So far, the response has been very positive, with many people curious and excited to scan the barcodes and see the digital bulletin boards," Erwina explained during the same interview.
The enthusiasm of the visitors was evident from the number of participants who eagerly scanned the barcodes to view the P5 projects. Many were intrigued and enjoyed the unique and modern presentation style, making the P5 Exhibition one of the highlights of this year's Edu Fair and Literacy Festival.
Through this exhibition, SMAN 2 KS Cilegon once again demonstrated that its students are capable of presenting innovations that are relevant to the times while also fostering a spirit of learning and creativity to help build a better Indonesia.
"The hope is that this will be the first step for the 12th graders, and even those in grades 10 and 11, to produce even more innovative projects in the future," Erwina concluded.(*/Red)Â
