For example, there are several applications applied in Human Rights in Indonesia.
- Living : We all have the right to live, and live in freedom and security. Then we are also free from torture and condescending treatment. No one will experience cruel, inhuman or degrading torture or treatment or punishment.
- Freedom : freedom is protected by lawone of which everyone is entitled to effective recovery by a competent national court for acts that violate the basic rights granted to him by the constitution or by law and freedom from arbitrary arrest and exile. No one has the right to put someone in prison for no good reason or send someone away from a country for no reason.
- Individual Safety : individual safety we can understand as freedom of expression. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression. This right includes the freedom to withhold opinions without interference and to seek, receive, and convey information and ideas through any medium and without any restrictions.
- Human Rights Protection: The state provides protection for individual rights, such as freedom of opinion, religion, and peaceful assembly, to ensure the safety and freedom of individuals.
- Social Welfare Programs: The state provides the guarantee of a decent livelihood through social welfare programs, such as social assistance, health subsidies, and free education, to ensure each individual has access to a decent livelihood.
- Fair Court: A fair justice system provides guarantees against individual freedom from abuse of state power and protection of individual rights, such as the right to a fair trial and the right to defense, thus creating a safe environment for individuals

Menurut kami berdua, Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia lebih condong terhadap pasal 3 yang diterapkan Indonesia.
Pasal 3 : “Setiap orang berhak atas penghidupan, kebebasan dan keselamatan individu”
Pada pasal 3 tersebut, Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia sebagai satu standar umum keberhasilan untuk semua bangsa dan semua negara, dengan tujuan agar setiap orang
dan setiap badan dalam masyarakat dengan senantiasa mengingat Pernyataan ini, akan berusaha dengan jalan mengajar dan mendidik untuk menggalakkan penghargaan terhadap hak dan kebebasan-kebebasan tersebut.
