The kidneys function in various body functions that are very important for life, namely filtration of the metabolic products residues and toxins from the blood which are then disposed of through urine. In addition to damage to the kidneys, continuous consumption of packaged drinks can also cause obesity and diabetes, as well as increased blood pressure that can lead to hypertension. Even the consumption of sugary drinks can indirectly contribute to osteoporosis and heart diseases.

But it should be fulfilled so that your fluid needs in a day are fulfilled so don't just drink water what you drink is not water so it has contents whether it's tea whether it's coffee or even sugary drinks and it will end up being a burden for the kidneys excessive consumption of packaged drinks, especially sugary drinks, can be very harmful to the kidneys. You can't control how much sugar you should consume. In addition, liquids that are too sweet can make you dehydrated. Consumption of drinks that are too sweet can also damage the kidneys, especially packaged drinks containing preservatives that can not only harm the kidneys but other organs as a whole.

Friends, you must already know that drinking enough water every day is good for kidney health but don't drink a gallon of water in a short time either because drinking too much can create a risk of poisoning or impaired brain function. On the other hand, don't consume too much water because it can harden kidney function.

In particular, when a person has kidney failure the body does not excrete adequate amounts of water. If a person with chronic kidney disease is undergoing dialysis treatment (a procedure to remove waste in the body), water intake should be limited.
