Elaboration: In my spare time, I absolutely love playing tennis. I can't get enough of it. I took it up more than 5 years and nowadays I play every weekend with my father. I first began playing so as to get fit but I've found it's also a great way to unwind.Â

Answer: That's a good question. I suppose, hobbies provide numerous benefits such as the opportunity to meet new people or improve one's health.
Elaboration: Personally, leisure activities help me to relax. These days, I am very busy and to be honest, because of study and work, life can sometimes be pretty hectic. Therefore, it is essential that I do something to blow off steam.
