Antisipasi Banjir in the long term

Integrated rainfall water harvesting can be the only choice to cope with such a huge flood that take place in places like Pahang, Selangor and KL. Saya mengerti bahwa di semua negara bagian Malaysia flood mitigation is good enough in lower places and near rivers. Namun demikian rainfall harvesting is not done yet especially in upper part such as rubber and oilpalm plantion. Very little rainfall harvesting is made to collect huge amount of rainfall di the upper land  and high land areas. 

High land areas in Pahang and Selangor mestinya dibuat sistem of rainfall harvesting in building, houses, agricultural land etc.
