Education administration plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of educational institutions. According to Northouse (2016), effective leadership in education requires a blend of skills such as decision-making, conflict resolution, and communication. With the increasing complexity of educational systems worldwide, administrators must continually adapt to new policies, technologies, and societal expectations.
