Hiro is a smart and genius boy, at the age of 14 he has already graduated from high school. However, instead of immediately continue to study in a university, Hiro spent his time participating in an illegal robot race. His brother, Tadashi who studied at a famous university helped Hiro to get into the university. Hiro was invited by his brother to the university and got to know his brother's friends. At that time, they were making discoveries that amazed Hiro. Hiro also met Baymax in Tadashi's room. Baymax is a robot that Tadashi made himself. Because of his admiration, Hiro was finally inspired and decided to study there.

Shown by Tadashi who realized the importance of education so that he brought his younger brother Hiro to continue his education. The technology element that becomes the mascot of this film is Baymax, which is a robot created by Tadashi that is intended to become a doctor and also a friend to many people.
