EXT. PORCH - CHRISTMAS EVE

Drenched, ZICO and INDAH stand face to face.
He wipes her face and hair with his hands.
She wipes his face and hair with her hands.
He LAYS his hands on her hands.
They LOCK EYES. Take each other's breath away.
BRING their lips closer.
CLOSE their eyes.
The left corners of their lips MEET.

                                                      INDAH
                                                  (whispers)
                               ZICO, I'm in love with you.

                                                        ZICO
                                                 (whispers)
                               INDAHSARI, I'm in love with
                               you back.

SUPER: TWELVE YEARS AGO - 1974

EXT. PORCH - BEFORE THE DAWN

ZICO's father walks out the front door with duffel bags.
Opens the gate.
WALKS AWAY.

SUPER: THREE YEARS AGO - CHRISTMAS 1983

EXT. PORCH - DAWN

INDAH exits the front door with her bag.
Opens the gate.
Turns around.
NODS toward the front door.
