The song from The Lion King echoes through my brain.

"No worries."

I wish it were that easy.

 As a child I had no worries.

But as an adult I gasp, thinking all the things I am concerned about.

How can I not worry when the world around me seems to be self-destructing?

Please help me learn to trust that You will keep me safe and guide me into Your truth.

Restore the peace of my youth and teach me how to trust You again

As I did when I was a child.

Quiet my soul and show me how to cast all my cares upon You.
