Legowo Jajar Planting Technique Improves the Economy of Cijarua Village, Cidokom Village, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency

Cijarua Village, Cidokom Village, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency often do farming together in their village. Cijarua village also often conducts counseling about agriculture because their livelihoods are located around their homes, which are on average as farmers. Counseling on Thursday (02/27/2020) in one of the houses of the residents of Kampung Cijarua, Pak Samin, with 25 people coming from young people to elderly people.

"In the past, I and the residents here planted rice, but I just didn't use these methods, planting rice is the only important thing. In the past, we used to directly plant rice for planting, only got 27 liters of rice, but since now we have used techniques for planting legowo rows, the rice produced is also far more that is 60 liters and the economy of the residents here has improved "Pak Samin said

From what Mr. Samin said as a resident of Kampung Cijarua, said that this jajar legowo technique can improve the economy for the local residents. Because with this technique planting rice can be more tidy and more organized again, which causes far more yields.
