We are the JED ROADSTER 2019.  JET ROADSTER is one of JASA MARGA Recruitment Program and we here to complete all the QUESTS given. So, this current QUEST is TRAN JAVE EXPEDITION, including several mission which very challenging and extraordinary. Do you want to know more? Keep reading!

Hello, we are TEAM 1 called SANTUY. We will introduce our members before starting our story.

Hello, I'm REGITA DWI UTAMI. You can call me GITA. My team group trust me as the Leader of this group. Here are my other members:

Our first mission is "MARKETING AND SURVIVING SKILL GAME"

This journey will takes place from Jakarta to Surabaya, moreover 725km. During the journey we will stop in several point, we call it PIT STOP. In this mission, we given starting capital in total amount of Rp. 5.500.000, and then we have to spend this money to buy something that we can sell it again or use it during the journey. In every PIT STOP, we have to use our skill, creativity, also use all the resources that we have already bought then sell them to survive our life in day 1. To deal with this mission, we have marketing strategy have been prepared which are consist of :

Firstly, during the way to each PIT STOP, we used Google Maps to estimate the time of arrival. Hopefully, we could complete the mission right on the target. So, here are our Marketing targets on each stop :

As we selling the products there is some variant packaging that we create in order to having more engagement in the uniqueness in our selling method as well as having reasonable prices.

So we limit our segmentation, limited to truck drivers. As our expedition is on week days, and no many passenger vehicle as on weekend. So, our other strategies are we put customer first by doing customer approachment, with these strategies we do selling our products in personal and not forget to mention we promote JASA MARGA as well.

Actually, obstacle is always there even though we have not met with the customer yet. Some obstacle that we have already met which are to put amount the budget for the product we bought earlier, and also to transport all the products from the market to the storage as well as we put it on the car. How we overcome these obstacles? So, we already overcome those obstacles that we mention before with secondary plan by having additional purchased since our segmentation market is limited through truck driver. Another obstacle that we have been faced is related to transporting the products. We handled it together and team work as we quote "BERAT SAMA DIPIKUL, RINGAN SAMA DIJINJING" It doesn't really feel like an obstacle for us and we do even feel challenged for the incoming activity.
