Who is my yoga class most suitable for?
My yoga class is for everyone who wants to be more connected to themselves, their body and their true nature. For all those who want to feel within themselves more, who want the energy flowing in their body and who want to establish a balance in and around themselves. You can participate wonderfully as a beginner, but also as an advanced student. There are different groups, with different levels, so everyone can start where they are and move at their own pace.
- You will find powerful flows and at the same time gentle and calm postures, creating a perfect balance between yin and yang.
- Your body will be able to build more stability and become more flexible.
- With different breathing exercises you will not only activate or relax your body in different ways, but your mind will also become calmer and it will slow down.
- Through meditation you will learn how to be more mindful in the present moment and how you can deepen this wonderful quality in your everyday life.
The yoga class is wonderful for all people who want to develop more ease, inner peace and contentment, who just want to breathe deeply for a moment and have time for themselves and their own being. Here you can move your body, calm your thoughts, relax and give yourself time.
