What is the relationship between long hair (for men) in teaching and learning process?
What is the relationship between long hair (for men) in teaching and learning process? Because from me in elementary and high school, boys were always forbidden to have long hair and I was often the victim.
As a student I also don't agree with the short hair regulation at school
I've always questioned the short hair rule. Is the rule really useful?
The majority of teachers I met responded to this question with the excuse that hair would not interfere with the learning process. Students who have long hair will have difficulty focusing in lessons. That's what they concluded.
In fact, if you look around, there are also many students whose hair is bald or bald after the raid---which is a bit extreme---even though they tend to be insecure. The end? It can also be less focused when participating in the process of teaching and learning activities.
So I think what needs to be done is to straighten the hair, not shave it.
Because the important thing is how to make students feel confident & comfortable. Not just bald, then sim salabim becomes a genius.

Is long hair that is combed straight and put on hair oil is not neat? In the end the most likely reason for the short hair rule is to create blind obedience. There is no need to question and just obey, that's how this rule becomes.
By creating blind obedience, students become obedient to obedient companies who must look neat and have short hair.
So if that's the case, what's the point of entrepreneurship education that asks us to create jobs. What is the use of education that should provide a better future for its students if regulations like this are still being applied for no apparent reason?
This is my personal opinion, sorry if there is a wrong word or maybe the words are too harsh. After all, if you want to discipline a party, there are many ways, not just hair problems and there is no clear reason for it (each school offers different reasons). And is there any benefit to the short hair rule, maybe for some people there is but for me and some others maybe not, because as long as there are rules at school, it makes me afraid to go to school because my hair will be cut, because yes it lowers the level of self-confidence in me and also not suitable for my face.
