Yesterday, the oceans sang,
Waves of joy in every clang,
A melody where hope still rang,
But silence engulfs my life.
The seas are still, where echoes hang,
Memories fade as the sorrows bang.

Yesterday, courage felt so real,
With a shield of faith, a blade of steel,
No pain could dim what I could feel,
