1) Make Yourself Happy.
First, to face the obstacles before public speaking is to make Yourself happy first. Because when You are happy, You will easily control feelings of discomfort and doubt when facing an audience. 2) Smile.
Then, the second thing You can do, is smile. Smile sincerely and feel that You are calm. Don't frown, which will actually make You more angry. Smile and take deep breaths. Then the audience will be an interesting thing for You to deal with and You will provide the contents of Public Speaking.
