In a world that often rushes forward with little reflection, I find myself drawn to the quiet, transformative power of teaching and guiding others. Whether in the classroom, in faith formation sessions, or moments of shared reflection, I believe that education and spiritual growth are not just about conveying knowledge---they are about shaping lives, nurturing values, and igniting purpose.

At the heart of my journey lies a deep concern for the holistic development of individuals. As an educator, I have crafted lesson plans that go beyond grammar rules and vocabulary lists. I weave stories of morality---exploring concepts like gluttony, envy, wrath, and greed---not to judge, but to encourage reflection. In exploring themes such as childhood illnesses or mental health topics like bipolar disorder, I aim to bring awareness and empathy into the learning space. I care about creating an environment where students learn not only about the world but also about themselves and their relationships with others.

Similarly, my involvement in faith-based programs like Emmaus Journey and Bina Iman Remaja reflects my desire to walk alongside others in their spiritual growth. I see faith as more than ritual; it is a wellspring of purpose and resilience. Whether guiding discussions on prayer, discipline, or the reciprocal relationship between faith and works, I hope to help others see how faith can inspire action, service, and joy.

I care deeply about fostering curiosity, compassion, and responsibility. Whether teaching students about feminism, smoking in society, or historical legacies like the Majapahit Empire, I strive to connect the past to the present and help learners see their place in the story of humanity. By encouraging critical thinking and discussion, I hope to inspire them to be agents of change in their communities.

At the core of all this is a belief that every person---young or old---has untapped potential. I care about helping them see it. I care about creating spaces where individuals can explore, question, and grow. I care about nurturing minds and hearts so that they can become beacons of light in a sometimes weary world.

It is not an easy path. Teaching and guiding others requires patience, preparation, and love. Yet, I am reminded of the parable of the sower: some seeds may fall on rocky ground, but others will grow into thriving, life-giving plants. My hope is to keep sowing seeds---of knowledge, faith, and compassion---knowing that the harvest, in its time, will be beautiful.

This is what I care about. This is my calling.
