The earthquake magnitude 5.2 again rocked Palu, Central Sulawesi, this morning. Residents and refugees who fell asleep were awakened. They came out of the house and tent when the earthquake shook.
Based on information from the BMKG website, the earthquake occurred on Tuesday (09/10/2018), at around 4.15 WIB. The earthquake felt so great that it woke up residents.
"The epicenter was on land 5 km northeast of Palu, depth: 10 km felt#BMKG," wrote the BMKG Twitter account.
Monitoring on site, the earthquake felt about 10 to 20 seconds. Refugees who fall asleep wake up from the tent.
"It's huge, it's out of place," said one of the residents asking the refugees to come out of the tent.
After the tremor stopped the residents remained out of fear of aftershocks. Whereas at Mutiara SIS Al-Jufrie Airport, a number of personnel have begun to carry out their activities.
