(Un)lucky Numbers

Human might said 'this or that number isn't lucky!'

The others are luck bringer

The others are better

But let me tell you something

Without these numbers, we can't count

We might try to skip them

We could try to change their names

We just put them away or ignore

But just admit, they are not really changed

From the true count, they stay still

In fact, nobody could change the numbers

Not in a row of houses, not in the stories of a building

Also not in a human's age

We can pretend to skip

We can rename any unlucky number

Thirteen into twelve-a, four skipped into five

But no, these are just merely names

Our days are already numbered

Everything we did and done are already counted

What we can do just try to do better than we already did and done

So, don't just be bothered by the numbers

Just make each and every number matters
