That is a mandate of our constitution which reads In Article 31 paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution reads: Every citizen has the right to education. Article 31 paragraph 2: Every citizen is obliged to attend basic education and the government is obliged to finance it.

In this case education is a valuable form of investment for a nation. Of all the investments made by a nation, good education and professionalism are the most important investments. it is appropriate if in all forms of education at the top of the nation's development priority scale.

Muslims basically see that education is very important for human life, especially in the field of Islamic education without distinguishing between men and women. Found some considerations verses and traditions explain how high the degree of people whose consistency in the field of education and scientific fields. Unfortunately, this concentration is only at the level of conception, but not yet manifested in real action.

So that Islamic education can give birth to believers, with a number of the barometers mentioned earlier, the basic principles of education should be able to humanize to touch and implement the three important aspects of humanity simultaneously, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This is the problem in the 3 realities of life

education which only sees in mere cognitive is as we now pay attention. Islamic education will realize human values, but are less able or even unable to internalize the meaning of Islamic teachings, let alone actualize Islamic knowledge in the daily activities of the nation and state.
