- Excessive fears or worries, or extreme feelings of guilt
- Extreme mood changes of highs and lows
- Withdrawal from friends and activities
- Significant tiredness, low energy, or problems sleeping

- Inability to cope with daily problems or stress
- Trouble understanding and relating to situations and to people
- Problems with alcohol or drug use
- Major changes in eating habits

2. Avoid all negative things
Once you know yourself better, start to know your life because your social is also a very influential factor in your life. When you are friends with good people, you will also become a good person. Therefore, start to avoid all negative things in your life such as bad friends, drugs/alcohol, excessive smartphone use, or eating too much fast food or canned drinks (except fruit juice).
You are still allowed to eat fast food or canned drinks, but in normal and not excessive amounts.
3. Make a schedule
The next step is to make a daily schedule so that you can determine when you are productive and when you are resting. This way, you will not feel emptiness and confusion with the life you have. You will always have plans in your life, so your life will know where it is going.
4. Determine your future
The last step is to determine your future. This future is not just a dream, but it can also be a new plan in your life. My suggestion is to make plans that are always positive or something that can make you happy. This way, you will be more excited to pursue it. The future will never stop before the world stops, so you can have as many plans as you want.
Remember that you need to take care of yourself. We are human beings, not robots. We have full rights to the life we have, so never let bad things take away your happiness, freedom, and future.
