Selain sembilan dimensi yang disajikan di atas, kerangka kerja ini juga mencakup dimensi kesepuluh untuk penilaian (yang tidak dibahas dalam kesempatan ini). Dimensi kesepuluh ini tentang tanggung jawab penting non-instruksional guru, termasuk komitmen mereka terhadap pembelajaran berkelanjutan, kepemimpinan, dan komunitas sekolah.
